This plugin can be used with AutoCAD to enable the OFFSET command to work with externally referenced drawings. This plugin has been tested with AutoCAD 2007 onwards. See the below section regarding "Known Issues" if using AutoCAD 2007-2008.
Pre-built 32- and 64-bit versions of the plugin have been provided.
The plugin has not been tested with all AutoCAD-based products, but should work (see "Feedback", below, otherwise).
The source code has been provided as a Visual Studio 2005 project containing C# code (not required to run the plugin).
